So, last Spring I did a workshop with Naoli Viniver Lopez at Bini Birth. Naoli is the incredible Mexican midwife who made that amazing video "Birthday". Anyhow, she was explaining how she doesn't use forceps or vacuum if the baby's head is stuck in pelvis. Instead she would get the baby to back up using this technique and then the baby would start decent over in a better position. Whoa! This takes some serious guts.
